SLA packages

Basic (included):

  • Response within 24 hours , NBD exchange on business days, remote assistance.

For (+690 CZK/month):

  • Response within 4 hours , monitoring, rental of replacement disks, 8x5 helpdesk.

Enterprise (individual):

  • Response within 2 hours , 24×7, on-site intervention, expanded HW pool, guaranteed swap.

How the rental works

  1. Description of the need (performance, capacity, network, GPU, virtualization).

  2. Configuration and pricing proposal + SLA, rental period, transportation/installation.

  3. Delivery and commissioning (turnkey or pre-configured for connection).

  4. Support and monitoring – according to the selected SLA.

  5. Termination – certified data deletion, option to extend or buy back .

Terms and conditions in brief

  • Min. rental period: from 7 days (for events), usually 1 month+.

  • Deposit: according to the value of the set (typ. 10–30%).

  • Billing: monthly, one-time payment for short-term rentals.

  • Insurance/liability: optional additional insurance against damage/theft.

  • Data: your data is yours; we perform DoD/BLANCCO deletion upon return.
